I was offered a refund without question since there were cockroches in our room. Didn't even stay the night, drove home because it was so disgusting. Do not recommend!!!

For the price, the hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were SO NICE! I enjoyed my stay and found it to be an exceptional value. The neighborhood is cleaner and safer than what has become of Union Square.

The room with the king bed that I ordered had a refrigerator that had old pizza and guacamole that had been left there from a prior renter. I didn’t ask for a different room that had a courtyard view, that had a smaller bed with absolutely no other furniture whatsoever. So I went back to the King room and gave the food to housekeeping to throw away, housekeeping obviously did not check the fridge when they prepped the room.

The location was good and clean, parking lot is safe for vehicles, the room had the bare essentials and beds were quite comfortable for the price.

Check in and out was easy. Front staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved that the AC unit worked well and so did the fridge. Although it wasn’t used during the stay, the coffee machine was clean. Parking is available on the property (for a fee).

The staff were top notch! I needed to store my suitcase at their office because I was there so early and it was not a big deal. Vincent is a gem. The room was really clean and nice. I felt safe and it served it's purpose. There are a couple nearby restaurants: Azucar Lounge and Rocco's cafe. Highly recommend them both.
